About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy, aligning engineering initiatives with product goals.
- Lead cross‑functional teams (Front‑End, Back‑End, DevOps, Data) through sprint planning, ticket creation, and delivery.
- Architect scalable, secure systems on AWS, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Champion security best practices, conduct code reviews, and enforce compliance standards.
- Oversee corporate IT operations, including infrastructure, tooling, and incident response.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and cloud platforms (AWS).
- Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
- Hands‑on experience with security architecture, vulnerability management, and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to mentor and grow engineering talent.
