As the Head of Engineering (FinTech) at our company, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and driving the technical strategy and direction of our FinTech platform. You will be responsible for developing and implementing technical roadmaps, managing technical debt, and ensuring the scalability and reliability of our systems. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including product management, design, and other engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and experience in FinTech.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technical roadmaps to drive business growth and innovation.
- Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions.
- Manage technical debt and ensure the scalability and reliability of our systems.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in FinTech.
- Strong technical background in software development, with expertise in languages such as Python and Node.js.
- Experience with machine learning and cloud-based technologies, such as AWS.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
