Lead the engineering organization, set technical direction, and drive delivery excellence for a SaaS product suite, overseeing architecture, cloud strategy, CI/CD pipelines, and high‑performing engineering teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the overall technical architecture and standards for the product portfolio, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a cross‑functional engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and high‑quality delivery.
- Own the end‑to‑end delivery process, from roadmap planning through release, implementing Agile practices and robust CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into actionable engineering initiatives.
- Manage engineering budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships while maintaining cost efficiency.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record designing and scaling cloud‑native SaaS applications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep expertise in modern development practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps tooling.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, able to align technical decisions with business objectives.
- Experience building and scaling high‑performing engineering teams in an Agile environment.
