Engineering Manager
Lead the engineering organization, driving architecture, delivery, and culture across cloud-native platforms using Python, Kubernetes, and AWS while championing CI/CD and Agile practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap for the engineering organization, aligning with product and business goals.
- Architect, build, and scale cloud-native services on AWS, leveraging Kubernetes, micro‑services, and Python.
- Establish and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing to ensure high‑quality releases.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Implement Agile processes, sprint planning, and performance metrics to drive efficient delivery and predictability.
- Partner with product, design, and data teams to translate requirements into scalable, reliable solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python development and cloud platforms (AWS) with hands‑on experience deploying Kubernetes clusters.
- Proven track record of building and scaling CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience leading cross‑functional, high‑performing teams.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
