- Define and prioritize product roadmaps, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver cutting‑edge robotics solutions in record time.
- Establish best practices for hardware design, firmware development, and quality assurance, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Champion Agile methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement across engineering teams.
- Drive innovation in embedded systems, exploring new microcontrollers, sensors, and communication protocols to enhance product capabilities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering and firmware development, with a proven track record of leading large engineering teams.
- Deep expertise in embedded systems design, real‑time operating systems, and hardware‑software integration.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience scaling engineering functions and mentoring senior engineers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, able to translate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and modern CI/CD pipelines for embedded software.
