Qualifications & Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise data management, data governance, or data architecture leadership.
- Proven experience establishing enterprise data governance frameworks and operating models.
- Experience implementing enterprise data platforms and analytics environments (e.g., Snowflake, Qlik or similar).
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments with multiple systems and data domains.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior leadership and governance forums.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality and master data management.
- Ability to translate business needs into enterprise data strategy and governance frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across business and technology teams.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor's in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional), DCAM (Data Management Capability Assessment Model), or TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) will be an advantage.
