Key Responsibilities

Define and execute AI strategy aligned with regulatory priorities
Oversee end-to-end AI model development, deployment & governance
Ensure transparency, explainability & ethical use of AI
Engage with internal teams & external stakeholders to embed innovation

Requirements

15+ years in tech, with 5+ in leading AI at scale
Strong AI/ML technical depth across NLP, automation, and risk use cases
Must have experience in financial services or regulatory / compliance tech
Leadership capability & ability to bridge tech, risk, and business domains
