Head of Algo Trading AI

Role Overview

Lead the development of a dedicated algorithmic effort to generate systematic, AI-driven alpha. Reporting to the founder, you will take the edge from thesis to a live, iterating mid-frequency trading operation.

What You Will Do

Own strategy end to end, from hypothesis generation to live deployment, and ongoing iteration. Develop proprietary models and leverage existing frontier AI models.

Requirements

• Strong quantitative and technical depth
• Ability to build and ship AI trading systems end to end
• Fluency in modern AI
• Experience with statistical and machine-learning modeling
• Experience with experiment design and data sense
• Ability to separate real edge from fragile results or false positives
• Strong coding skills in Python and the modern data/ML stack
