Engineering Manager
Lead the design, build, and scale of AI platforms that empower data scientists and engineers to deliver intelligent financial solutions using Python, Machine Learning, AWS, and Kubernetes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain end‑to‑end AI platform infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability, security, and compliance.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and DevOps to deliver scalable ML pipelines and model deployment workflows.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and observability for rapid, reliable model releases.
- Collaborate with product and analytics teams to translate business requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement of platform performance, cost efficiency, and data governance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a proven track record of leading large-scale platform initiatives.
- Deep expertise in Python, Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and AWS services (SageMaker, ECS, EKS).
- Strong background in Kubernetes, CI/CD, and container orchestration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with data engineering, model monitoring, and regulatory compliance in financial services is a plus.
