Lead AI Engineering initiatives, defining strategy, architecture and delivery of large‑scale machine‑learning solutions across cloud platforms, while building high‑performing teams and driving innovation in data‑driven products.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the AI engineering roadmap, aligning technology choices with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Architect, develop, and scale end‑to‑end machine‑learning pipelines, including data ingestion, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, ML engineers, and DevOps specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and best‑practice adoption.
- Establish MLOps standards, CI/CD processes, and governance frameworks to ensure reproducibility, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate with product, security, and cloud infrastructure groups to integrate AI solutions into enterprise‑grade platforms (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes).
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, modern ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn) and cloud‑native services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML).
- Proven track record designing and operating scalable MLOps pipelines and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance in regulated environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
