About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the enablement and adoption of the advanced HCM and Payroll roadmap across the organization.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to design, implement and optimize SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Drive process automation initiatives to improve payroll accuracy, efficiency and compliance.
- Provide change management support, training and communication to ensure smooth transition and user adoption.
- Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities and coordinate with IT and external vendors.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading HCM and Payroll projects in a large enterprise environment.
- Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle HCM Cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and change management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.
