Implementation Engineer
Lead end‑to‑end electrical integration for high‑performance data center compute systems, collaborating across mechanical, power, software, firmware, and silicon teams to design, validate, and mass‑produce robust hardware solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own electrical design, specification, and implementation for compute hardware platforms from concept through mass production.
- Collaborate with mechanical, power, firmware, silicon, and reliability teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Develop and execute comprehensive validation plans, including signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal testing.
- Produce detailed design documentation, schematics, and bill‑of‑materials for manufacturing and support.
- Drive continuous improvement of design processes and tooling to enhance yield and reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in hardware integration and validation for high‑performance computing systems.
- Proficiency with PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, OrCAD) and signal/power integrity analysis.
- Strong understanding of firmware interfaces and low‑level hardware-software collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
