About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for field‑ready hardware platforms used on construction sites.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to integrate cameras, sensors, and IoT connectivity into rugged devices.
- Prioritize features and requirements based on market research, user feedback, and regulatory constraints.
- Drive Agile development cycles, ensuring timely delivery, quality testing, and successful field deployments.
- Manage stakeholder communication, including customers, partners, and internal leadership, to align expectations and gather insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with hardware, preferably in construction, industrial, or IoT domains.
- Strong technical background in embedded systems, sensor integration, and connectivity technologies (e.g., LTE, Bluetooth, Wi‑Fi).
- Proven ability to translate market needs into detailed specifications and successful product launches.
- Experience leading cross‑functional, Agile teams and managing complex supply‑chain and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
