About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites for hardware prototypes and production units.
- Conduct functional, performance, and reliability testing using advanced measurement equipment.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve defects.
- Develop and enforce quality standards, test procedures, and documentation.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize test coverage and reduce cycle times.
Requirements
- Strong background in hardware evaluation, testing, and quality assurance.
- Proficiency with test automation tools, scripting (Python/Perl), and measurement equipment.
- Experience with embedded systems and firmware testing.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
