About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and validate transceiver modules, ensuring compliance with industry standards and performance targets.
- Collaborate with silicon, optics, and system teams to integrate RF, ASIC, and PCB solutions into end‑to‑end products.
- Lead failure analysis, root‑cause investigations, and corrective actions for hardware defects.
- Develop and maintain design documentation, test plans, and validation reports.
- Participate in cross‑functional reviews, design freezes, and release activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
- 3+ years of hardware design experience in high‑speed transceiver or RF systems.
- Strong understanding of silicon design flow, ASIC/FPGA interfaces, and optical transceiver standards.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
