About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end hardware development for IoT devices, from concept through production.
- Design and layout high‑speed PCBs, ensuring signal integrity and compliance with RF requirements.
- Integrate cellular radio modules and network processors, optimizing power consumption and performance.
- Develop and validate custom system components, including power management and peripheral interfaces.
- Collaborate with third‑party specialists for niche sub‑systems and manage supplier relationships.
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and certification activities to meet industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 3+ years of hardware design experience.
- Proficiency in PCB CAD tools (e.g., Altium, Cadence) and RF design principles.
- Strong knowledge of embedded systems, low‑power MCUs, and cellular communication technologies.
- Hands‑on experience with signal integrity analysis, EMI/EMC testing, and hardware validation.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently and cross‑functionally.
