Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and validation of safety‑critical electronic hardware for eVTOL platforms, ensuring adherence to DO-254 standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate hardware components into flight solution testing environments.
- Develop and maintain documentation, test plans, and verification evidence required for certification.
- Analyze design failures, implement corrective actions, and continuously improve hardware reliability.
- Support the certification process by preparing and reviewing safety case documentation and participating in audits.
Requirements
- Strong experience with DO-254 compliant hardware development and certification processes.
- Proficiency in hardware design tools, PCB layout, and embedded system integration.
- Knowledge of eVTOL architecture and safety‑critical avionics.
