Lead the design and delivery of end‑to‑end Guidewire solutions for Property & Casualty insurance transformations, ensuring scalable architecture, performance, and seamless integration across Guidewire XCenters.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the end‑to‑end solution architecture for Guidewire‑based insurance transformation programs.
- Design scalable, high‑performance configurations across Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, and XCenters.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to align technical solutions with P&C business processes and regulatory requirements.
- Lead integration strategy, ensuring seamless data flow between Guidewire modules and external systems.
- Establish and enforce architecture best practices, coding standards, and performance benchmarks.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in insurance IT, with deep expertise in Guidewire product suite.
- Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty domain concepts and processes.
- Proven track record designing and delivering large‑scale Guidewire implementations.
- Hands‑on experience with integration patterns, web services, and data migration in Guidewire environments.
- Excellent communication and client‑facing skills to drive technical decisions and governance.
