About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide rapid, high‑quality support for CRM and revenue‑operations tools used by the sales team.
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and automation scripts to keep systems in sync and reduce manual effort.
- Build and enhance analytics dashboards and reporting solutions for real‑time insight into sales performance.
- Integrate third‑party APIs and internal services to create a cohesive GTM tech stack.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and automation.
- Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, including configuration and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain reliable data pipelines and API integrations.
- Experience creating actionable dashboards and reports using tools like Looker, Tableau, or similar.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, a proactive attitude, and comfort working in a fast‑moving, remote environment.
