Systems Engineer
Lead outbound automation for a high‑growth voice‑AI platform, building AI‑driven prospecting tools, automated cadences, and Salesforce integrations to accelerate sales cycles and scale customer acquisition.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain outbound automation workflows using Clay sequences and AI prospecting tools to generate qualified leads.
- Integrate and optimize Salesforce data pipelines, ensuring accurate tracking of cadences, touchpoints, and conversion metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging, segment audiences, and iterate on automation strategies.
- Analyze performance data, generate insights, and recommend improvements to increase outreach efficiency and pipeline velocity.
- Document processes, create best‑practice guides, and train team members on new automation features.
Requirements
- Proven experience building outbound automation in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce, including data modeling, automation, and reporting.
- Hands‑on knowledge of AI‑driven prospecting tools and sequence management platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
