About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute growth strategies across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue for the AI code reviewer product.
- Design, launch, and iterate on A/B tests and product experiments to validate hypotheses and improve key metrics.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to translate insights into product features and enhancements.
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to uncover user behavior patterns, segment opportunities, and performance trends.
- Own the growth roadmap, prioritize initiatives based on impact, and communicate results to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience with a focus on growth or user acquisition.
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction and analysis.
- Hands‑on experience designing and evaluating A/B tests and other growth experiments.
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
- Passion for AI‑driven developer tools and a deep understanding of software development workflows.
