About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments to drive product and marketing growth.
- Build predictive models in Python to forecast user engagement, churn, and lifetime value.
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and data pipelines.
- Visualize insights and create dashboards with Tableau or Power BI for cross‑functional teams.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to translate data findings into actionable growth initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data science or analytics with a focus on growth.
- Strong statistical background and experience with experimental design.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with growth analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel) and visualization platforms.
