We're looking for a Growth Creative Designer to join our team on a contract basis. As a key member of our paid advertising team, you'll be responsible for designing and developing high-performing campaigns that drive business growth. You'll work closely with our paid advertising team to develop and execute creative strategies that meet our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative strategies for paid advertising campaigns
- Design and develop high-performing ad creative, including images, videos, and copy
- Work closely with the paid advertising team to develop and execute campaign plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for future campaign development
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in paid advertising and creative design
- Proven track record of developing high-performing paid advertising campaigns
- Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads and Google Ads
- Excellent design and creative skills, with experience in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in Google Analytics
