Growth Consultant, WPP Open - the AI platform for marketing
As a Growth Consultant, you will collaborate with Senior Directors and sales teams to understand client businesses, identify growth opportunities, and advocate for WPP’s modern marketing approach powered by WPP Open, their AI platform. Your role involves designing and delivering compelling solution showcases and proposals, ensuring measurable value and smooth transitions to client delivery. You will contribute to the modernization of client marketing through AI, gaining exposure across various disciplines like Media, Creative, Production, and Experience.
WPP’s investment in AI and technology has enabled us to integrate these capabilities into the entire marketing operating process. This ecosystem, known as WPP Open, combines WPP's AI-powered solutions and services with a unified Operating System.
We are recruiting Growth Consultants to work closely with our Senior Directors and sales teams. You will collaborate to understand client businesses, identify their growth drivers and barriers, and advocate for WPP’s modern marketing approach. Your contributions will be essential in designing and delivering compelling solution showcases and tailored proposals that demonstrate how WPP Open’s AI-powered capabilities accelerate client growth and deliver measurable value. This position offers a significant opportunity to contribute to the modernization of client marketing through AI, building on your experience and gaining valuable exposure across diverse disciplines including Media, Creative, Production, and Experience. Drawing on this expertise and unique vantage point, you will translate client insights and the value identified during growth opportunities into actionable information for our Client Success and Enablement teams, ensuring a seamless transition to client delivery.
The position reports to a Senior Director of Growth Consulting and works closely with WPP’s Central and Agency growth teams, our WPP Open direct sales teams, and key WPP clients.
