Software Engineer
Lead the development of an AI operating foundation for a mobility marketplace, designing workflows, agents, and governance tools to scale intelligent automation across booking, SaaS, and insurtech platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end AI systems that power automated workflows across booking, enterprise SaaS, and insurtech services.
- Design and deploy intelligent agents using Python and AWS services to streamline operations and enhance user experience.
- Establish governance frameworks, monitoring, and compliance protocols for AI models and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Lead experimentation, A/B testing, and continuous improvement of AI models and infrastructure.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production‑grade AI/ML systems in a fast‑moving tech environment.
- Proficiency in Python, AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions), and data engineering best practices.
- Strong understanding of AI Ops, model governance, and compliance in regulated domains.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across product, engineering, and operations.
- Experience with large‑scale marketplace or SaaS platforms is a plus.
