Software Engineer
Support ground software and systems engineering teams by managing schedules, coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders, and producing clear technical documentation using Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules, track milestones, and maintain project documentation for ground software and systems engineering initiatives.
- Prepare and edit technical reports, meeting minutes, and status updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and visualization to support decision‑making and performance monitoring.
- Facilitate communication between engineering, operations, and management teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Manage logistics for meetings, workshops, and travel arrangements for project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination or technical support roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear, concise documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical environment.
