Lead the end‑to‑end product strategy for organic discovery and content experience on a large online learning platform, driving data‑driven decisions, cross‑functional collaboration, and scalable growth initiatives.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for organic discovery and content experience, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, including data analysis, user interviews, and usability testing, to uncover insights and validate hypotheses.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to deliver high‑impact features and continuous improvements.
- Prioritize initiatives using metrics such as engagement, conversion, and retention, and communicate trade‑offs to senior leadership.
- Champion a culture of experimentation, running A/B tests and iterating based on results.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
- Proven track record of launching successful discovery or content‑centric products at scale.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with Agile frameworks and cross‑functional team leadership.
