About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for the benefits platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Lead a team of Product Owners, coaching agile practices and facilitating cross‑functional collaboration to deliver incremental value.
- Translate market research, customer feedback, and business priorities into actionable product requirements and feature specifications.
- Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing to prioritize work, manage backlogs, and ensure timely, high‑quality releases.
- Measure product performance, iterate based on data, and communicate progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or benefits technology.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross‑functional product suites on schedule.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and product discovery techniques.
