As a Group Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) workflows at vanta. This role requires a strong technical background and experience in product management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new features and products that meet the needs of our customers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software development, product management, and technical project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales to design and launch new features and products.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Develop and manage product roadmaps, backlogs, and release plans.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technical field.
- Strong technical background, with experience in software development, DevOps, or a related field.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
