About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for a cloud‑based data platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver robust ingestion, normalization, and sharing capabilities at scale.
- Engage with payers, providers, and digital health partners to gather requirements, validate solutions, and drive adoption.
- Analyze product performance metrics, iterate on features, and prioritize backlog items to maximize value and user satisfaction.
- Champion data governance, security, and compliance standards across the platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in data or analytics products, preferably in healthcare or related regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of cloud data architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data pipeline concepts.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with agile development practices and data‑driven decision making.
