Security Engineer
Lead a global IAM and DevSecOps practice, driving automated SRE and security across complex cloud‑native product landscapes, ensuring robust access governance and continuous compliance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a cross‑functional IAM & DevSecOps team, setting strategy and execution for secure cloud‑native deployments.
- Design and implement automated access governance frameworks, integrating identity, policy, and compliance controls across multi‑cloud environments.
- Drive SRE principles to embed security into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring rapid, reliable, and secure releases.
- Collaborate with product, security, and operations stakeholders to align security objectives with business goals.
- Mentor and develop talent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and security awareness.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IAM, DevSecOps, or related security engineering roles.
- Deep expertise in cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, GitOps).
- Proven track record of implementing SRE practices and secure CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with regulatory compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST) is a plus.
