Software Engineer
Lead a high‑performing Business Intelligence & Analytics team, driving data strategy, architecture, and advanced reporting using SQL, Python, Snowflake, Tableau and Power BI in a cloud environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the BI & analytics roadmap, aligning data initiatives with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Architect, build, and maintain scalable data warehouses and data lakes on Snowflake and AWS, ensuring data quality and performance.
- Lead the design and delivery of interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI for senior stakeholders.
- Mentor and manage a multidisciplinary team of data engineers, analysts, and BI developers, fostering best practices in ETL, data modeling, and analytics.
- Collaborate with product, finance, and risk teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and actionable insights.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data engineering, or analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in SQL, Python, Snowflake, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Proven track record designing and delivering dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Deep understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
