About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end AI/ML solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise readiness.
- Lead a POD of solution architects, driving best practices, governance, and technical excellence.
- Integrate cutting‑edge GenAI and big data frameworks with MySQL and other data platforms.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, production‑ready models.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers on AI/ML design patterns and deployment strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing AI/ML systems at enterprise scale.
- Proficiency in Python, machine learning libraries, and big data technologies.
- Strong architectural skills with a focus on governance, security, and scalability.
- Experience with GenAI tools and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
