About the role
As a Ground Test Engineer/Principal Ground Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing ground test plans for complex systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement test plans, procedures, and protocols. You will also be responsible for analyzing test data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for process improvements.

Design and develop ground test plans, procedures, and protocols for complex systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement test plans and procedures.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in ground test engineering or a related field.
Strong understanding of software development, machine learning, and cloud computing.
Experience with Python, Node.js, and AWS.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
