About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of ground‑station software for unmanned systems, ensuring real‑time performance and reliability.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of software engineers, providing mentorship, code reviews, and technical guidance.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and continuous integration to accelerate delivery cycles.
- Collaborate closely with hardware, flight‑software, and operations teams to integrate software with embedded platforms.
- Drive Agile practices, sprint planning, and backlog grooming to maintain a clear product roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience in embedded or real‑time systems, with strong proficiency in C++ and Python.
- Hands‑on experience with ROS or similar middleware for unmanned systems.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex software projects on schedule.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps tools.
