Ground Software Integration & Test Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and validating software integration and test solutions for complex defense and space systems, leveraging Python, C/C++, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure mission-critical reliability.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software integration frameworks for ground systems.
- Implement automated test suites using Python and C/C++ to validate system functionality.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define test plans, requirements, and success criteria.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot defects, and drive root‑cause resolution.
- Integrate CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, or equivalent) to streamline build, test, and deployment processes.
- Document test procedures, results, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software integration and test engineering for mission‑critical systems.
- Strong knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD tooling.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.
