About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop grid automation solutions, integrating SCADA, PLC, and GIS data to improve system visibility and control.
- Perform power system analysis and load flow studies using MATLAB and Python to support grid reliability and expansion projects.
- Collaborate with field teams to troubleshoot and resolve grid performance issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including system architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and test plans.
- Lead pilot projects for smart grid technologies, evaluating performance and scalability for future deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in power system analysis, SCADA, or grid automation.
- Strong understanding of PLC programming and industrial communication protocols.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
