Entry‑level Technical Business Analyst role focused on designing, integrating and reporting on data warehouse solutions, using SQL, ETL processes and Power BI to deliver actionable insights for insurance technology platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners and data engineers to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications for data warehouse projects.
- Design, develop and maintain ETL pipelines that load, transform and validate data from multiple source systems.
- Create and optimise SQL queries, data models and schema structures to support reporting and analytics.
- Build interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and visual clarity for stakeholders.
- Perform data quality testing, troubleshoot issues, and support ongoing enhancements to the data platform.
Requirements
- Recent graduate (BSc/BA) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related field.
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational database concepts.
- Familiarity with data warehousing principles, ETL tools and data modeling techniques.
- Experience building visualisations in Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Analytical mindset, excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
