Software Engineer
Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of scalable GCP environments using Terraform, ensuring secure, resilient, and cost‑efficient infrastructure for development teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end GCP solutions, including networking, compute, storage, and security services.
- Write and maintain reusable Terraform modules, enforce best practices, and manage state securely.
- Collaborate with DevOps and application teams to automate CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents, and optimize resource utilization for cost efficiency.
- Document architecture, processes, and runbooks to enable knowledge transfer and compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and operating production GCP environments.
- Proficiency in Terraform, including module development and state management.
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes, GKE, and container orchestration.
- Experience with IaC, CI/CD, and monitoring tools (e.g., Cloud Build, Stackdriver).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior engineers.
