About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain high‑throughput microservices using Golang and Python, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of developers, providing mentorship, code reviews, and technical guidance.
- Design and implement front‑end components with ReactJS and JavaScript, collaborating closely with UI/UX designers.
- Oversee containerization with Docker, orchestrate deployments on Kubernetes, and manage CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure best practices in security, monitoring, and performance tuning across the stack.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience in software development, with strong expertise in Golang and Python.
- Proven experience building and scaling microservices, and deploying them on AWS using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Solid front‑end skills in ReactJS and JavaScript, with a focus on maintainable, testable code.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools, automated testing, and cloud monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for leading a distributed team.
