Requirement
Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 4 years' experience in back-end development with a robust skill set in Golang
Excellent command of software architecture concepts and a track record of successful system design and development, especially in the back-end field of consumer internet services
Ability to oversee engineering teams and offer a technical roadmap in an environment that prioritizes agile development
Excellent communication skills, especially the capacity to make wise judgments in stressful situations and negotiate uncertainty
