Lead Go Live & Enhanced Support for Microsoft cloud solutions, driving deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization across Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, and Intune environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Go Live initiatives for Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, and Intune deployments, ensuring smooth transition and minimal downtime.
- Provide tier‑2/3 support, diagnosing complex issues, and delivering root‑cause analysis to improve service reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to refine support processes and automate common troubleshooting tasks.
- Document solutions, create knowledge base articles, and conduct training sessions for internal teams and customers.
- Monitor system health, performance metrics, and proactively address potential bottlenecks.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Go and cloud‑native tooling in a support or operations role.
- Deep knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, and Microsoft Intune ecosystems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience with automation (PowerShell, Azure CLI, or similar) and monitoring tools is a plus.
