About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a technology roadmap that aligns with corporate objectives across Wilmington and Midland sites.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver cloud‑based and IoT solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze operational data to identify performance gaps, recommend improvements, and quantify ROI.
- Collaborate with business units to translate technical requirements into actionable project plans.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation, providing regular status updates to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience managing technology projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and IoT integration.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analytics tools (SQL, Python, or similar).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
