Key Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and execute global CIO & CHRO programs, ensuring alignment with client objectives and Deloitte’s strategic priorities.
- Lead cross‑functional teams, coordinating with technology, HR, finance, and consulting partners to deliver integrated solutions.
- Manage program budgets, timelines, and resource allocations, proactively mitigating risks and resolving issues.
- Engage senior stakeholders, providing clear status updates, insights, and recommendations to drive informed decision‑making.
- Facilitate change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, tools, and organizational structures.
Requirements
- 10+ years of program or project management experience in a consulting or enterprise environment.
- Proven track record delivering complex, multi‑region initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with budgeting, risk management, and change management frameworks.
