Data Analyst
Lead the design, build, and maintenance of data pipelines and analytics solutions for global people insights, leveraging Python, SQL, and modern data‑warehousing platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines to ingest and transform HR and workforce data from multiple sources.
- Build and optimize data models in Snowflake (or equivalent) to support self‑service analytics for people‑analytics stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and data scientists to define metrics, dashboards, and reporting solutions using Tableau and other visualization tools.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards are met across all people‑analytics datasets.
- Automate data validation and monitoring processes to provide reliable, real‑time insights for global leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics, preferably within HR or people‑analytics domains.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, scripting, and pipeline development.
- Hands‑on experience with modern data‑warehousing platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) and ETL tools.
- Strong ability to translate business questions into technical solutions and create visualizations in Tableau or similar tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to data integrity, and ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross‑functional team.
