Global Markets Data Scientist
As a Global Markets Data Scientist at Airbnb, you will partner with cross-functional teams to build and optimize products for international markets. You will use A/B tests and quasi-experimental methods to measure product success, conduct in-depth research into customer behaviors, and develop scalable data solutions.
Airbnb was founded in 2007 and has since grown to over 5 million hosts welcoming over 2 billion guest arrivals globally. The Global Markets team focuses on evolving guest and host experiences to accelerate international growth, aiming to adapt the product for users in over 220 countries and regions.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and operations across various regions to develop and optimize products that resonate with Airbnb guests and hosts worldwide. Your work will involve impactful projects touching multiple markets and product surfaces. You will contribute to global markets products by transforming business goals into measurable outcomes, delving into customer behavior nuances, delivering statistical insights and data products, and championing technical solutions that ensure products are thoughtfully tailored to the diverse user base.
