Lead the design, build, and operation of enterprise‑grade, AI‑ready data platforms at scale, driving secure, resilient, high‑performance data capabilities across the organization using modern engineering, Agile, and SRE practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver industrial‑strength data platforms that support the organization’s Data & AI ecosystem.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in adopting Agile and Site Reliability Engineering practices to ensure platform reliability, scalability, and security.
- Drive continuous improvement of data ingestion, processing, and analytics pipelines using modern cloud services (AWS/GCP).
- Collaborate with data scientists, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into robust, AI‑ready data solutions.
- Establish governance, monitoring, and incident response frameworks to maintain high platform availability and compliance.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in data platform engineering, with a proven track record of delivering large‑scale, AI‑ready solutions.
- Deep expertise in data engineering, cloud architecture (AWS or GCP), and programming in Python or Scala.
- Strong background in Site Reliability Engineering, including automation, monitoring, and incident management.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire high‑performing engineering teams.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure data architectures.
