About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a global team of AI, ML, and data science engineers, ensuring high‑performance delivery across all business lines.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into scalable AI/ML solutions, from concept through production.
- Oversee end‑to‑end field deployment engineering, ensuring robust, secure, and compliant AI infrastructure on cloud platforms.
- Drive continuous improvement of AI capabilities, adopting best practices, emerging technologies, and industry standards.
- Measure and report on business impact, demonstrating ROI and value of AI initiatives to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, and field deployment engineering, with a proven track record of scaling solutions in a large enterprise.
- Strong leadership skills, capable of managing cross‑functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Deep technical expertise in machine learning frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data engineering pipelines.
- Excellent communication and business acumen, able to translate technical concepts into actionable business outcomes.
- Experience with governance, security, and compliance in AI deployments.
