We are seeking a highly skilled Global Facility Line Planning Project Engineer to join our team at micron's Taichung - Fab 16 site in Taiwan. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing facility line projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. The role requires strong technical and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute facility line project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and supply chain, to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facility planning, project management, or a related field.
- Strong technical skills in Python, Machine Learning, and AWS, with experience in facility planning and project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business results.
