Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for RTM and contact strategy data products, ensuring alignment with global B2B and DTC objectives.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high‑impact solutions.
- Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights that inform sales, marketing, and distribution strategies.
- Drive product lifecycle from ideation through launch, monitoring performance metrics and iterating based on user feedback.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring seamless communication and stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in a data‑centric environment, preferably within retail or consumer goods.
- Deep understanding of Retail Trade Management (RTM) concepts and contact strategy frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across global teams.
- Experience leading cross‑functional product development and delivering measurable business outcomes.
